Sérgio Cecílio started at Sporting Clube de Portugal Academy Schools in 2005 in Administration and stayed until 2018, during which he also collaborated with the club’s scouting. He has worked as a football consultant to various agencies and clubs over the years. In 2018 he became Head Scout of HB Køge in Denmark, where he stayed for six seasons until leaving in the summer of 2024, before transitioning to CD Mafra for four months. Sérgio joined Blue Crow Sports Group in November 2024 as Global Scouting Coordinator.
