Elias also currently serves as Vice President of Business Development, Marketing & Media at Sporty Group, a global leader in sports media and entertainment. He previously held senior roles at Mediapro and Atresmedia, specialising in media rights and production. He holds an MBA in Sports Management from La Escuela Universitaria Real Madrid Universidad Europea.
